Hello all. It's a quiet Wednesday, the sun peeking out on occasion and a clear night for the moon ahead. I feel asleep early last night, trashed from the weekend of asthma and work. The lungs are clearing and the knee is not stiff today but is tender. As would be expected it does not like the tile floor in the kitchen, the impact on the joint too strong. I suspect the ligament managed to get stuck between the bone this weekend and that's what caused the stiffness. Could be wrong but I remember alot about knees and torn ligaments. Thankfully it loosened or I'd be at the doctors and possibly on my way to a procedure. We nurses tend to look at the worst scenario rather quickly. My kids could testify to that.
I was up in the middle of the night for a bit, watching episodes of a show on You Tube and because I remembered the garbage had not gone out. It was full and so I got up and put it out, thinking I'd have the rest of my take away. Took the garbage out and came in to find the dog with her face shoved in the carton enjoying the leftovers.
Couldn't really blame her as it was delicious. The moon was so bright I thought it was almost sunrise when in fact it was about 3 something. I hope to have a look at the moon again tonight. This has been a strong one filled with change.
The cardinals were out today the lovely pair seen out the kitchen window. I should get some feeders up before the snow flies. No problem this week as it looks like we will have October in November and our Indian Summer is about to return this weekend.

Beautiful full moon here almost golden.
Hope you are feeling better now, asthma is a bit scarey.
